Pool Launch Splash Set

Allo is cooking the burgers for the big splash.

The official pool re-opening party is set for noon Saturday, April 26. It will be a celebration! Allo Communications will be grilling tasty burgers at the barbecues.

Bring a side dish to share, such as salads, relish trays, watermelon, and your own beverages -- it's a summer picnic! The Social Committee will provide chips, plates, tableware, and water along with Allo's burgers.

Let's make a splash and get back into the swim of things. Pool reconstruction has been a community effort led by the HOA, the Rec Area Committee, and the Social Committee. The deck area has a special cleaning planned and the volunteers will have new lounge cushions ready, funded by events and programs.

Volunteer for the Clean Up

You can help with the clean up as the volunteers will meet 9:30 a.m. Thursday, April 17. Pool furniture, and the deck area will be spruced up to be ready for the party. Cleaning supplies will be provided, just bring gloves and a smile. It should only take an hour, leader Rosie Weston says.

Water Cleaning & Filters Firing Up

Water filters were turned on Wednesday, and Liquid Assets will begin treating the water Friday, April 18. Water heaters won't be turned on for a week or so, until curing is pronounced complete, but the weather should be great for swimming.
