Board Sets Goals for 2025

The Los Lagos Vistas HOA  announced its 2025 goals during the Feb. 20 Annual Meeting at the Aquatics Center.

HOA President Jason Hart said the goals reflect input from the HOA's Long Range Planning Committee and the Board's vision to make Los Lagos Vistas the premier Lake Havasu City condominium and townhome community and its mission to create a vibrant, safe community. 

The Goals:

1. Continue to expand and improve the Perimeter Path

2. Rehabilitate the pool with new flooring, walls, tile, and pool decking

3. Refresh all rock areas along Montana Vista and other areas as needed and requested.

4. Continue removing invasive trees and shrubs.

5. Maintain the tennis and pickleball courts.

6. Begin new program to repair all carport ceilings and walls as needed.

7. Continue reducing water usage for landscaping.

8. Finish repair of patio roofs.

9. Convert identified areas from grass to desertscape, taking advantage of a city grant.
