Two Candidates on Ballot
Only two candidates submitted nomination forms for the upcoming HOA Board of Directors election, Jason Hart, current president, and Mark Holmes, current treasurer.
The election will be held at the February annual meeting at the Hampton Inn on London Bridge Road. Board officers are selected at a followup Board meeting.

Pine Tree Felled
The straggly, dying pine tree behind Circle 4 was recently removed for safety and aesthetics reasons. At left, D&D Landscape team finishes trunk grinding. Tall tree, sadly, is no more.

Los Lagos Vistas HOA provides rock and approved rock selections for homeowner use in common areas and parking circles to help reduce water use and cut utility costs.

DON'T FEED WILDLIFE
Ground feeding birds or throwing out snacks to rabbits attracts rats and mice and hungry predators, such as coyotes and bobcats. Please only feed birds from appropriate bird feeders and don't leave discarded fruit, vegetables, or meat on the grass. City and county fines range from $750 to $5,000.
